I live in Echo Park, Los Angeles. Could someone explain to me how illegals who speak Spanish get EBT cards?

Many non-citize�ns are eligible for food stamps. Even if some members of the household are not eligible, those who are may be able to get food stamp benefits. American children born of Mexican immigrants who may be illegal, are non the less legally qualified for government assistance and EBT cards. At least that is what I have heard, I could be wrong.
