Am I wrong in saying that I believe alot of black people need to step it up in life?

I live in Atlanta and when I go grocery shopping it seems like 9 out of 10 black people use EBT cards/food stamps. It's a crying shame when I see people use a EBT card buying steaks, lobster, shrimp, and carts full of food. While using food stamps they are on their $250 phone and have the best looking clothes while getting into their $50,000 SUV. I'm probably one of a few black people that thinks alot of my own kind needs to be stripped away from food stamps and many other benefits. I just believe that if you can't afford having kids, then don't have kids. Simple as that.
