Anyone know if you could re-apply to EBT food stamps in California?

like right after a termination, i'd like to know if someone would get re-approved after the termination when you re-apply. has anyone been terminated with their food stamps and decided to re-apply again? how long would it take to be re-approved after the termination? whens the right time to re-apply to the food stamps service again?
