Some quick questions for anyone who can answer on Food Stamps/ SNAP!?

I am considered unaccompanied youth being 17 and living on my own with no job. I have been applied for benifits through SNAP. Can I take money off of my EBT card at an ATM? I have read that you can for a fee but I have also heard that you cannot. Please help me I could really use some cash for things like my medicine for my epilepsy.
