Why is my dog peeing in the house now?

I know this question has been asked before, but my dog is 2 years old. he doesn't usually pee, and now he does everyday . it is driving me insane. I take him outside and try to tell him ths is his pee zone, but he still pees inside! all of his potty training has been done on him all over again. NOTHING. help?
