When will my EBT card come in the mail? Approved 3 weeks ago.?

I live and applied for CalFresh (food stamps) on Jan 14. I received my approval letter on Feb. 14. There was no EBT card in this letter. I called my worker 7 days later and she said "EBT cards are sent from Sacramento. Give it another 10 days." It has been 2 weeks since that call. I am using my credit cards (until they max out) to buy groceries that I cannot afford. I work full time! (yet still below the federally mandated 130% of the poverty level) Should i take a day off work to go down there? Do you think that somehow the card got lost in the mail?
