Question for queers...based on your observations...?

I think I understand what you're saying -- it sounds like you're arguing that lesbians may have an easier time passing as straight, and therefore aren't seen as a legitimate part of the LGBT community. I totally get that, especially since straight men often perpetuate the idea that lesbians aren't really into girls, they just haven't been with the "right guy" or something. I wouldn't say lesbians face more discrimination than gay men, necessarily, but the way lesbians are treated by society is definitely problematic.
