Is my Friend Gay/Bi or Homophobic?

Ok well first off, I'm gay and closeted. My best friend who is also a guy has been sending me very mixed signals that are hurting me. Sometimes he'll call my other closeted friend a F*G or he'll randomly just call someone a queer or call something "gay". He's had at least 14 girlfriends in the past year and a half. BUT he likes it when I Iie next to him and rest my head on his chest in bed. He was dared to make out wit me and he did it for like 1 or 2 seconds(he got a slight *****), he got scared and grabbed me in his arms and i noticed he had a ***** then too(not a huge one) and when he's about to get up from bed, he gets close to me and talks to me like a baby and touches my face or sometimes my lips. He aslo likes Jeffree Star. Could he bi? Or is he homophobic? I really REALLY like him but he's sending out extremely hard mixed signals that just eat me up. Some give me the feeling to cry of upsetness, or that warm fuzzy feeling that just makes me wanna kiss him..
