HELP WITH EBT CASEWORKER?

I started receiving EBT assistance a couple of months ago. (FOR THE JERKS WITH THE UGLY COMMENTS PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANY HERE. I RECENTLY LOST MY JOB AND AM RAISING TWO CHILDREN ON MY OWN.) Then suddenly I stopped last month. I tried calling my caseworker but the only thing she told me was to reapply and I should have them back this month. Well I talked to my new caseworker and reschedule my interview but haven't heard anything from her. Its been weeks and I have been calling and leaving messages but nothing. Im to my very last and don't know what to do next.
