Can a teenager get Justice if their parents or Guardians aint buying them nothing with their welfare checks?

Can a teenager get Justice if their parents or Guardians aint buying them nothing with their welfare checks and ebt food assistance cards? this has been going on for a more than a year and im tired of them useing my money for beer and im tired of them sellin my ebt they get for me. I would like to know is theres justice that can be done about this?
